Before You Reach Out
We are a cash-based practice and do not participate in Medicare or any insurance plan. Our model allows us to provide longer, undivided sessions without prior authorization delays. At $100 per 50-minute session, many patients find the cost comparable to or lower than their insurance copays — without the paperwork.
No referral is required. Florida's direct access laws allow patients to seek physical therapy directly. You can call or submit the form above and begin treatment without any physician approval. We recommend notifying your primary care physician, particularly if recovering from a surgery or managing a complex medical history.
Our core specialties are vestibular disorders (BPPV, vertigo, chronic dizziness), balance retraining and fall prevention, and aging-in-place support for older adults. We also treat post-surgical rehabilitation, strength and mobility deficits, and chronic musculoskeletal pain as components of comprehensive care plans.
We serve Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, Siesta Key, Longboat Key, Venice, Bradenton, Osprey,, Palmer Ranch, and surrounding Sun Coast communities. If you're unsure, call (941) 368-1865 and we'll confirm your address.
Research supports in-home PT as equally or more effective for most conditions — particularly for older adults, fall prevention, and vestibular rehabilitation. Treating patients in their actual environment produces more relevant interventions and better functional outcomes. The 1:1 model also eliminates the attention dilution common in clinic settings.
Your initial session includes a thorough evaluation: medical history, symptom review, functional movement testing, vestibular and/or balance assessment (as appropriate), and a review of your home environment. We discuss your goals and begin building your treatment plan. In most cases, we initiate treatment during the first session.
Yes — the majority of our practice serves older adults. Aging in place, fall prevention, and vestibular rehabilitation for seniors are our primary clinical focus areas. We are accustomed to working with patients managing multiple health conditions, cognitive changes, or limited mobility, and we design every plan accordingly.
Every session is 50 minutes of uninterrupted one-on-one care. Frequency is determined by your condition and goals — most patients start with 1–3 sessions per week and taper as they improve. We schedule around your availability, and you're never locked into a rigid package you don't need.
