Private Pay. Undivided Attention.

Most outpatient therapy operates within an insurance-driven model that shapes how care is delivered — sometimes in ways that limit what's possible. In-home, private-pay care is structured differently from the ground up.

Insurance-Based Clinic Care

Productivity Quotas

Insurance reimbursement models often require therapists to manage multiple patients per hour — structurally limiting the attention any one patient receives.

Restricted Treatment Scope

Insurance authorization dictates what can be treated, for how long, and at what frequency — regardless of what the patient actually needs.

Generalized Protocols

High throughput environments favor standardized programs over individualized treatment planning and environmental adaptation.

Inconsistent Continuity

Rotating staff and scheduling constraints can mean working with a different clinician each visit — disrupting therapeutic rapport and progress.

Concierge In-Home Care

One Clinician. Always.

The same therapist, every session. Continuity of care means treatment compounds — each visit builds on the last with full context and clinical familiarity.

Fifty Uninterrupted Minutes

No shared time. No divided attention. Every session is entirely yours — the way effective rehabilitation is designed to work.

No Insurance. No Restrictions.

Treatment decisions are made by your clinician and you — not determined by authorization timelines, billing codes, or reimbursement limits.

Built Around Your Environment

Therapy delivered in the space where you actually live — your floors, your stairs, your daily routines — for outcomes that carry over naturally.

What Sarasota Patients Are Saying

The vertigo I'd been living with for months was gone after two sessions. Mark's expertise with vestibular treatment is truly remarkable. Having him come to my home made everything so much easier.

— Sandra M., Sarasota

My mother was afraid of falling constantly. After working with Mark on balance retraining, she moves through her home with so much more confidence. Worth every dollar — and more convenient than any clinic.

— James R., Lakewood Ranch

Post-knee replacement, I dreaded the commute to physical therapy. Mark's in-home care was incredibly thorough, and the fact that he tailored everything to my actual home environment made a real difference in how fast I recovered.

Common Questions

Your Rehab at Home offers physical therapy services to those without insurance coverage and does not participate in insurance plans.
Appointments are $100 for 50 minutes.
Many residents in these environments receive limited one-on-one attention due to staffing shortages, high patient volumes, and strict insurance limitations. Our concierge model allows for individualized, hands-on treatment focused entirely on your specific needs and goals.
During treatment our goals will be to achieve certain mobility milestones, or specific functional tasks which allow individuals to live independently and safely. Treatment will consist of identifying environmental barriers and relevant exercises to achieve these milestones. Appointments are 50 minutes to ensure carry over and to explore nuances as strategies differ between individuals.
Depending on the cause of your dizziness, treatment may include maneuvers that affect the inner ear, or habituation exercises to desensitize patients with a low tolerance for dizziness.
